Winner Eligibility & Responsibilities

The Children’s Miracle Network staff, Samaritan Foundation staff, Foundation Board of Trustees and its members, Samaritan Medical Center Board of Trustees, Samaritan Health Senior Management staff, Samaritan Keep Home Board of Trustees, and owners of ConTech/Premier Homes Systems and immediate families of the owners of ConTech/Premier Homes Systems (grandparents, parents, spouses and children) are not eligible to win. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Key Corp, Community Broadcasters, 7News/Fox 28 and its affiliates are not eligible to win. The Miracle Home Makeover prize to be awarded to the winner is the Makeover project valued at $100,000 in products and services from the Miracle Home Makeover participants net of taxes or the cash equivalent net of taxes. The Makeover project specifications, time frame, location and scope of work are to be approved by Children’s Miracle Network of Northern New York and ConTech/Premier Building Systems. The winner of the Miracle Home Makeover is responsible for all applicable taxes, specifically including income tax. Tickets cannot be transferred. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. The winner of the Miracle Home Makeover shall complete the Makeover project within one year of the date of the drawing. The winner of the Miracle Home Makeover must agree to be featured in news, marketing and promotional materials.
